What is the Shibue Couture shipping policy?
- We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Huntington Beach, California. The table below shows the shipping methods, cost, and estimated timing for delivery after the package has shipped
- Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands)
- Shibue Couture is now shipping to APO and FPO locations through USPS. Please keep in mind that the items that can be received at their location are still subject to any country rules/laws. The order must be placed using the Standard Ground shipping method and NOT Preferred Ground.
- These orders can take a full 30 days to be delivered. We cannot take any action until it has been 30 days since it was shipped, or the package is marked delivered but it has not been received
- These orders are unable to be expedited as they are required to be delivered by the USPS
- Expedited Shipping
- For upgraded shipping, the payment must clear the financial institution before 12:00PM EST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories
